Dave Parsons Quintet

The sell out concert at Christ Church was the third in a series for the band and the patrons were treated to music by Gershwin. The music was familiar and has become part of the "Great American Songbook". The group has been performing concerts since the early 2000's. They have featured the music of Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers, Duke Ellington, Johnnie Mercer, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Michel LeGrand, Burt Bacharach and have performed at numerous venues. The members of the group are Dave Parsons keyboards, Sam Carothers bass, Nelson Poirier drums, Fred Duligal tenor sax and vocalist Lisa Levy.
